What you can do
Use Casato to build and publish one website (one end project or client) per license purchased.
Fully customize the design, content, CMS, and code to fit your brand or your client’s.
Charge your client for the website you build with it.
What you can’t do
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the template itself — modified or not — as a template, theme, or starter file.
Use a single license across multiple unrelated websites. Building a second site requires a second license.
Claim the template, as a template, as your own work.
Demo images
All photography, agent portraits, area and interior images shipped with Casato are AI-generated for demonstration only, for a fictional location (“Arvela am Lago Sarn”). They are provided so the demo looks complete — replace them with your own licensed images before going to production. They are not licensed for standalone use outside the template.
Fonts & assets
Any third-party fonts or assets are used under their own licenses. If you keep them, comply with those licenses; otherwise swap in your own.
No warranty
Casato is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The author isn’t liable for any damages arising from its use.
